Tamara Hajsky

Nia Instructor | Shiatsu Practitioner | Reflexologist | Certified Holistic Health Practitioner | Sacred Femininity Facilitator

Tamara is a certified Nia instructor as well as an Oriental Bodyworker and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. After five years as a Shiatsu massage practitioner, she realized the source of many of her patient's pain was a lack of movement. This led her to discover the holistic cardio-dance workout, Nia. She began her training in 2011 in Portland, Oregon, and has been sharing the Joy of Movement ever since. In 2013, she co-founded The Dragon Arts Collective Studio in the Exchange to more widely share her passion. Her most recent development was her training in The Arts of the Sacred Feminine in Thailand, 2015. In her free time, apart from being a new mother, partner, and friend to many, she loves learning about the body and mind, singing and making music, painting, making delicious healthy food, and visiting the great outdoors.
